We have been building homes since 1981 with three basic goals in mind: Quality, Integrity, and Affordability. We are fully licensed, insured, and up-to-date with all of our continuing education as required by the State of Florida.

With over 25 years experience, Matthew A. Erkinger, Sr., owner and licensed contractor, is pro-active throughout the whole building process - ensuring efficiency and quality in the construction of every home we sell.
